Competitive Analysis
When it comes to running, there are several key players, each with its own strengths and weaknesses.
Nike
The reliable friend who always has the latest trends and knows exactly what you need.
With a wide range of products and personalized recommendations, Nike has earned its reputation as a trusted brand among runners. However, its focus may not be as running-specific regarding features and guidance as some dedicated running apps.

Runnea
The running enthusiast's paradise. With detailed reviews and a community of passionate runners, it's the go-to spot for all things running-related.
Its selection may not be as extensive as larger retailers, and it may lack some personalized touches.
Your own personal coach in your pocket. With expert guidance and a supportive community, it's perfect for runners looking to take their training to the next level.
However, its product offerings may not be as robust as other platforms.

Qualitative Research
The ethnographic study explored the unique language of runners, filled with technical terms like BPM, Pace, Tempo, Tapering, and Barefoot, which may seem unfamiliar to the average person.
When it comes to social media, runners use platforms to read up on running content, share their accomplishments, and stay updated on upcoming races and events.
Quantitative Research
The research revealed that while many runners enter the market without prior product knowledge, existing online platforms lack the detailed information they seek when purchasing shoes. There's a strong agreement on the importance of knowing shoe wear and tear, along with a clear desire for platforms to track running distances, register purchased shoes, and access training tips and data
